Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online, by phone, or by email within thirty days (30-day return policy) without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg, Email: info@rugway.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Wahdat Trading GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25, 20457 Hamburg) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods (free return shipping) within the EU as well as Switzerland and Norway. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
